there was no wi-fi as stated in the booking form. It was an adsl connection but I needed wi-fi connection for my laptop.

This hotel offers great value for money with competitive room rates compared to other hotels in the area. Additionally, the location in downtown is convenient, especially for those who enjoy live music as there is an outside pub with bands on the weekends nearby. Moreover, it is situated near the Robinson mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment options. The hotel staff are attentive and the basic amenities in the rooms meet expectations. The breakfast served is satisfying and adds to the overall positive experience.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Sea view-we lived on 33rd floor. We liked kitchenete+dinning area,fridge was good.TV Good.Staff friendly. We did not try, but it was swimming pool on 6th floor. Lift was very good,working even in stormy weather. Quick respond to requests.Clean bed linen. Very comfortable location- Robinsons supermarket just downstairs,short way to Malate,Paco, Intramuros.No problem to get cab, if you like jeepney-just short walk.Rooster wake up call in the morning-it was nice.

We arrived at midnight and been requested to pay in cash straight awayno bank available to change currency-and we had to stay 13 nights.The girl who met us in hotel requested to leave passport as a deposit.When I told her that it is against low and we will not do that, she was still demanding, so our relative , who met as in airport, left her passport.I Must say, it was no need to demand any deposit, because staff coppied our passports nyway and we booked throw Booked.net. It was no supply of drinking water even for the 1st day.We requested non smoking room, but the first room we been taken in was very smelly,had to request to change.Another room was better-but after you switch off conditiner and ventilator-you could feel cigarettes smell too. Air con could be more advanced, very noisy.It was a problem with shutle from airport-even it suppose to be free, if you booked for 7 nights.We booked for 13 nights, but nobody met us in airport.I Had to demand shutle to airport.Shower drainage slow.Staff in reception friendly, but has no access to Internet, so can't provide information you ask for.In tower1, r 33q in the bathroom sink there is no strainer, so if you drop something-it is lost(for example, earings or ring).

Very suitable and easy to reach, very helpful services team and management

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was excellent. It was conveniently located near the airport, Luneta park, and the Robinson mall, making it easy for me to explore the city. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and came with breakfast included. It was a great value for money, with basic amenities provided and a quiet atmosphere.

Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

I stayed twice at this facility in two different room categories: the first one a two-bedroom (room 20P)and the second a one-bedroom (room 14N). Both are comfortable and clean and of course the best feature is that it is actually part of the building that house the Robinson Mall, so it is very central. The property also has a swimming pool and a basic gym room. The one-bedroom unit has a fantastic view over Manila Bay.

The pool! Although over crowded at times with young kids Front staff at ground level always very friendly and helpful, thanks guys! Very close to excellent shopping and eating establishments. Enjoyed the fish tanks in room in general staff helpful

Very much a seat of the pants operation. The so called reception room was not very professional laid out , it was just one of the rooms.They certainly had a better view than I did...So much for the view across the Bay hahah had to strain hard to see Bay at all. Apartment was not cleaned with fresh towels or rubbish remove one day. Had to ask for towels. Rather slack! Also so called reception in the 28th Floor ???? hello I think it is trying to be several things. Permanent accommodation and yet still trying to rent out for visitors. Yes the price was right but I would have to review my options when I return in April next. Even it it costs a little extra. Sorry out of a score from 1-10 this would rate maybe a 3-4 Can they also fix some of the gym equipment which is broken both cycle machines did either not work at all or had something wrong with them!!

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the variety of amenities this accommodation provided, such as the free Wi-Fi and the 24-hour reception service. the hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as for transportation to other parts of the city. the room was adequately furnished and spacious enough for my needs.

There were a few aspects that detracted from my overall experience. the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the floor was often wet and slippery, which was inconvenient and potentially dangerous.

the staffs are not friendly at all,they don't even know how to greet people specially the guy in the counter..

It's location is very easy for visiting the local shopping mall and restaurants (actually it's part of the mall complex). The apartment was new and reasonably furnished although kitchen utensils etc were very sparse. Internet was functional rather than quick.

On arrival, the room was no longer available and, at first, the owner would only offer a larger apartment for which he was insisting on a substantial extra payment per night. After a little arguing, we settled on an extra PHP1,000 per night for which we would have an extra bedroom. On checkout, despite having been told that we could check out by 1pm without additional charge, they then charged an extra PHP500 for "late checkout" saying that the staff who had told us 1pm were wrong and showing the hotel policy that said 12pm.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manila and I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects of my stay. the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near a big shopping center, making it easy for me to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby public areas to explore, ensuring that I never ran out of things to do.

All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

Very hard to reach the office or management,you have to go to Tower one and I've been checked in Tower 2, its to hustle to customer that no direct phone from room to office,I need to go down, bring my ass to other building just for couple of question.In checked in on my arrival to hotel and I need left behind my children on lobby with my brother in law just to settle my accounts and everything's, my suggestion put reception at lobby.

They give more value for money and provide you all kinds of assistance you need like Safety Box,Baggage can be stored with them if you going out of the City,Storing all valuables including Currency,Passport,IPads,Laptops and others all for free.
